Hello,
Thank you for responding to my proposal. I want to assure you that this venture is as legitimate as bidding for any normal government advertised tender though you will have the advantage of having privileged inside connections to make it happen. You are to become a sales agent between our company (SINGAPORE REFINING COMPANY SRC “Regional Branch in Indonesia”) and the National Oil Corporation of Libya (NOCL). You will be corresponding between the NOCL (seller) and SRC Indonesia Branch (buyer) electronically from the comfort of your home.
I Mr. Kim Yong the branch manager have decided to email you as our branch have urgent need for 2 million barrel NOCL crude oil supply per month, for a period of 12 months. Our company vice president Ms. Foo, who is directly in charge of crude oil purchase, has given me the responsibility of looking for a crude oil licensed agent with the NOCL- NATIONAL OIL COOPERATION OF LIBYA. This is because the NOCL does not sell their products directly to the buyers rather, through their approved licensed sales agents.
I propose we (me and you) work together to get you the NOCL license and make you NOCL sales agent to our company that’s if you’re not in possession of NOCL license.
This contract I want us to execute it personally as I will present you to the SRC company as NOCL oil export license bearer and every personal arrangement I will enter with you regarding the commission we’re aiming to earn from the oil supply will not be disclosed to SRC company where I’m working. It's against my work ethics to profit from our company’s dealing while in active service but I have seen this as a good opportunity for me to save enough money against my imminent retirement.
I will assist you step by step in the process to secure the license from the NOCL and thereafter introduce you to our company for the signing of all the sales agreements as the license holder. We will procure the license within fourteen (14) working days once you’re committed towards the project and the SPA agreement will be signed upon your procurement of the license. But if you already have NOCL license the presses will be much easier.
Note that the commission payable to you as sales agent is calculated per a barrel at end of every month which the total monthly supply is 2Million barrels. I will have a take home of 50% of the commissions while the remaining 50% commission goes to you. I am looking forward to get $2 to $5 commission per a barrel.
For the safety of my job and security reasons we will keep our tele communication via whatsapp +62 85 775 968 364, also check your e-mails regularly as this will help us to complete the transaction in a timely conduct.
On responding to my direct email, I will forward to you all necessary details to work with.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Mr. Kim Yong.
