We at Coldwell are currently looking to employ an assistant on a part time basis, who will be responsible for marketing our listed properties during this period of the COVID19 pandemic. FRAUD WARNING: The above information is being provided as a fraud warning. Do not contact the sender of the above email. The source of this information is from a scammer who is a criminal imposter. Any names of real people being used within the above information from this imposter is unauthorized and illegal. Do not provide this scammer any of your personal information. The job position requires you to be working as an assistant listing agent in your own location and below are the duties of this position available:
1. The job requires 2hrs per day time frame if you're a computer literate and you will also be listing three properties daily with their detailed information for you to have them listed on rental websites. You will need to have active accounts on some of the following platforms: Rentdigs, Cl, Zillow, TurboTenant, RentalAds, Cozy. Zumper Pro, Hotpads, ClassifiedAds and Trulia; or as specified on the job.
2. You'll be checking up on the properties listed on rental websites to know if they are still active and also request you to pull them down as soon as they are rented out.
3. Forwarding and directing interested applicant emails to the owner's email if you're contacted.
4. The managements pays $400 weekly, on the last business day, i.e. Friday. There are also other bonuses you earn weekly depending on how many properties you have active on various rental websites. That's another $200 extra weekly if you have your listings active on all classified rental websites. We believe the best way to motivate Hard work is to compensate you. Payments will be made by Direct Deposit, Cash App, Zelle or a Business Paypal.
5. You need to have extremely clear verbal and written communication skills. We need someone with proper phone ethics when it comes to talking to clients or tenants. That also knows how to approach anyone as well as reading the person and know how to talk with respect.
