b). You are required to send an email and also call: AL ABDULLAZIZ TRAVELS & TOURISM UAE with the Above email addresses to obtain your Employment Visa for overseas located employees. The Offer of Employment contract binds Al Safar Specialist Medical Center and Employee in that re-reimbursements will be made fully to Employee upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses after 5 working days of concluding all UAE Labour Immigration/Visa acquisition through our accredited/approved travel agency: AL ABDULLAZIZ TRAVELS & TOURISM UAE. Any visa expenses you make for visa/work permit papers fees shall be refunded back to you immediately you submit your expenses report to us via email.
g). Advance against Salary: In order to meet your initial expenses, an employee can avail an advance against salary (Maximum two months salary), this is only subject upon completion of visa application, during re-reimbursements of visa/work permit papers fees, upon the employee's request. Such advance shall be fully recovered from the employee's month salary on a gradual recovery/repayment plan.
