Attn:Sir,
let me briefly give you more impression of our discussions,I'm Winfred Kwasi Dodzih the Director General of Economic Community of West African States. I wish to notify you that based on series of petitions against the officials of Ecowas Bank, Bank of Ghana, Security companies and airport authorities for not releasing their consignments after they had paid all their required payment obligations.
This same official will impose more Levies and taxes making it extremely difficult for these Beneficiaries to receive their consignments which yours happens to be among. Based on this, Economic Community of West African State Leaders [ECOWAS] held meetings recently and I was mandated to see to Beneficiary files and release with immediate effect the Beneficiary consignments whose files are up to date like yours to redeem Ecowas dented image to the International Communities. There is one Mr. Tim Wilkins, an American who claims to be your associate Director and he wants my Organization or agency to deliver to him, do you know him?
You are therefore advised to forward to this office within hours the followings to enable us proceed with the release and delivery of your consignments to you.
(1) Your delivery addresses Home and Office where you wish to receive your consignments.
(2) The first pages of your International Passport
Be informed that upon the receipt of this information, your consignments will be delivered to you to the address which you have forwarded to us.
Note that Ecowas delivery department and officials will not be held liable for any wrongful delivery of consignments after this notification, as your consignments are still with us at our bonded ware house ready to commence the shipment to you.
We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you had in the past period.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Winfred Kwasi Dodzih
Director General{ECOWAS}.
