We are writing to you from the above department because we received serious complaints from America Embassy here which stated that you were supposed to receive your payment from Ghana here but inability of our department to issue you the Fund release order has made your payment to hang and you had been paying without receiving the payment.
Therefore, you were saying that it is a scam but did not know that there is a Document which is to be issued from you from Here and The Embassy will sign it on behalf of the United Nation.
Furthermore,When we received these complaints we called the Ministry of Finance Director in the person of Kin Atta and he confirmed that it is true and others confirmed as well that each time you are about to receive your Fund one problem will come up and so doing hang your payment in Africa till Today.
We are now ready to issue you the paper if you are to receive your payment from any Country in Africa This paper Covers all Africa Countries. Immediately we scan and send you the paper. What you need is to sign it and forward to the people in charge of your payment and you will get the Fund released with immediate effect.
Therefore, We are waiting for your reply if you are the real owner of the Fund they are talking about. We don't need any delay any more and any delay from now is from you not us. We are ready to give you the Document and get things finalized.
Thanks and God Bless You
