Below is the procedure

2, i will open online account in your name which i will programm with the software CD diskette for the online transfer with your computer or laptop over there,
3, i can't do the transfer here because of my bank governor will know if i do it here, the IP of bank will alert them because is here and they will start investigation which i don't want anybody to know and if they know they will block it.
4, we will need both side support you will take care of the shipment fee which is $280, and while me will buy the transfer software CD diskette and activate it with my cost here for shipment.
