Attention Please,

This is to bring to your notice that there are government-administered and private victim compensation programs for FRAUD, known funds include the U.S. Department of Justice's Epsilon/KBM Data Theft Victim Compensation Fund for data breaches and the UK's Fraud Compensation Fund for pension scams. To get compensation, you must meet specific criteria, which may include being an identified victim or filing a claim within a certain time frame. The President of the United States appointed (PAM BONDI) to head all these SCAM VICTIM PROGRAMS in the States. Therefore you have to be extremely cautious of email messages offering compensation to you, as these are often phishing attempts to steal your information or money since a few years ago, and should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

TYPES OF SCAM VICTIM FUNDS COMPENSATION PROGRAMS:

1) GOVERNMENT-ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS: These are legitimate programs often established after large-scale fraud or data breaches, like the U.S. Department of Justice's compensation fund for victims of the Epsilon/KBM data theft.
2) CRIME VICTIM COMPENSATION PROGRAMS (CVC): These are state-run programs that can cover costs related to a crime, such as medical bills, counseling, and lost wages. They are for victims of all crimes, not just scams.
3) UK FRAUD COMPENSATION FUND (FCF): This UK fund provides compensation for victims of specific types of scams, most notably pension scams.

So if you are to partake in this compensation program, You are to meet the Attorney General of the USA under the United States Department of Justice, therefore, you are to contact PAM BONDI who was sworn in as the 87th Attorney General of the United States on September 5th, 2025. Name: Attorney General Pam Bondi. Email Address: (williambarrister738@gmail.com).

Thank you for your cooperation.
Mr. Steven Cheung.
