Attention:Sole Beneficiary

I am Mark A. Morgan the Senior Official Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) We are writing to inform you regarding your outstanding consignment box containing a sum of $10. 5 Million US Dollars that a diplomatic agent is supposed to deliver to you which has been on hold in our Customs facility custody because of Customs clearance fee.

I am writing to inform you that Yesterday at about (9:00am Standard Pacific Time) I was alerted by my Secretary that Four men were at my Office reception waiting to see me and so I told my Secretary to let them in.

To my surprise they were two attorneys, Mr. Edward Tavernier, Mr. David Joe and Your brother Mr.Roger Wilson, Really these men were unexpected by me because their visit was impromptu. I had to ask them why they came to see me in person and they said that they were here to collect the consignments Trunk Boxes which rightfully belongs to you,

At this development I asked them who authorized them to come for the Collection of these consignments Trunk Boxes and they told me that you asked them to come and collect these funds on your Behalf. In fact this was the biggest shock to me, You sent these men to come and collect these Funds on your behalf without Notifying us. If actually you want them to help you collect the consignments Trunk Boxes at least you should have informed me as the Commissioner of U.S. Customs.

They actually tendered some vital documents which proved that you actually sent them for the collection of these Funds. Honestly, it really baffles me that you took such a decision without my consent. They also brought a signed letter of change of ownership and appointment of next-of-kin over your funds and they said that you even made a provision of the needed $100.00 usd for them to clear out the consignments delaying the smooth delivery of your consignment box to you in your home.

I told them to hold back the $100.00 and come back within three days and they promised to come back because I want to do my own investigations to find out the truth okay. Actually, these documents which they tendered are a clear Proof that you sent them to Collect this Funds for you. But if you are not away from this. All we want you to do right now is to go ahead buy the $100.00 iTunes Gift Card or Google play card to enable the Diplomat to make the delivery to your home address this morning.

I am waiting to hear from you to ensure a safe and successful delivery of your valuable consignment down to your given address.

Thanks and I am waiting to hear from you ASAP.
