As a Minister of treasury and finance Turkey, i have contacted so many
countries in the world that did contract from America,Europe and
Africa concerning the reason why the European contractors are not
being paid after the completion of their contracts,i have contacted
U.S.A and U.K and other African countries and i found out that those
countries are using all the European contractors fund in their
countries in favor of their self and their government.

I have instructed the U.S government,the U.K government and the
African government to transfer all the European contractors fund back
to Turkey including yours fund of US$4.5 million dollars so that i
will have enough chance to monitor their payment which they have
done,as i am taking to you now your fund US$4.5 million dollars has
been finally transferred to Turkish Security Company where it is being
deposited.

I have suggested to the Turkish Security Company to deliver every
beneficiaries fund in cash to their door step in their country,but the
diplomat that we got said that when you respond to us by bringing your
Address and your phone number that he will prepare him self to be
coming, he said that when he arrive in your country's airport,he will
call you to send the sum of US$6,000.00 for the customs clearing fee
of your luggage.
