Thanks for your massage in regards to my proposal for investment/business partnership and with due respect and honor to your position as the CEO of your company am very delighted to write you about this business proposal for partnership. My name is Dr.Ibrahim Tumsah a director in the Federal Ministry of Works & Housing Nigeria (FMW-H).This is a lucrative business proposal which will benefit you at the end, though i never met you before but i strongly believe that everything in life is trust because without trust there will be no success. Now i give you details of my proposal. In 2010 there was awarded contract to foreign firm from our Ministry and the cost of the contract is $179,500,000.00 (One Hundred and Seventy Nine million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars ONLY) for maintenance and services of our 3 major refinery in Nigeria which we manipulated to over invoiced the contract with sum of $9,500,000 (Nine Million and Five Hundred thousand united state dollars only).

Now, we want to transfer / remit this over invoice fund to a foreign account as our own commission and we are looking for a very honest and trust worthy person who will receive this fund on our behalf for investment because we are not allowed to operate foreign account because we are still in service. So, I was mandated by the officers involved to bring any honest and trust worthy person who will receive this fund on our behalf by providing his or her full bank account details where we will credit this fund for our sharing. We will give you 20% share of the total amount.

This is very big opportunity and it is 100% risk free. The original contractor who executed the contract has already received their capital fund in good faith remaining the commission which is floating in the central bank of Nigeria suspense account. Please if you are interested do not hesitate to contact me immediately. Also forward your bank particulars where you want to receive the fund on our behalf. Your telephone and fax number scan copy of inter" Passport or any ID is also needed. Your direct phone lines for ease and confidential communication. As soon as the fund is credited /transferred into your account I will come over to your country to receive our own share of 70% which is for me and my colleagues and I will like to invest part of my own share in your country. Hope that you will assist me.

Kindly send us your full details if you are interested to partnership with us.

Waiting for your quick response for us to proceed tomorrow,

Yours Truly,

Dr.Ibrahim Tumsah.
