This project was awarded to messers: North–South Oil and Investment Limited in 2010
The project has been successfully completed and delivered and original contract sum fully paid leaving behind the over invoiced amount for our claim.
My soliciting your collaboration is to establish your company as sub-contractor to North–South Oil and Investment Limited, establish documented records that your company sub contracted part of the job executed and is the contractual beneficiary to the outstanding funds which is actually the over-invoiced sum amounting to USD93,968,851.33 (Ninety three million, Nine hundred and sixty Eight thousand Eight hundred and fifty one Dollars thirty three cent only.
I will need your consent to be so presented in this deal, then i shall outline to you procedures we shall take to realize this including requirements for your consideration.
After establishing the funds to your title and transfer to your account i will come over to your country where we can prepare a joint partnership investment agreement sign and allow you invest and manage the funds for our mutual benefit.
