The Loans Officer
Revenue Department,
Finance Ministry Abuja

Attn:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

In view of the difficulty you are facing on how and where to raise
money to pay your charges for your fund release, I wish to inform you
that my department with the help of the government has concluded an
arrangement for an interest free loan repayable under ten years (10).

Under this new loan arrangement, you will not be required to pay any
upfront money before you secure the loan. Part of the requirement is
the agreement you will sign with my department to promise to repay the
loan after ten years. Secondly, you must have a bank account with
which to receive the money if approved. I Wait for your quick
response.

My Regards to you
Dr. Mich Dudu - Loans Officer
Revenue Department
