I received your email and the content was noted. Please study this email carefully so that you will understand what it entails, because US$150M is not a childsplay. Note that my colleagues have held an intensive meeting and resolved that we will work with you as long as you are trustworthy and ready for your word to be your bond no matter the situation. So upon the receipt of this email you are advised to forward your accounting details which will be submitted alongside with the Documents required.
We have tasked ourselves to contribute a huge sum of money to the sum of us$300,000 only which will be used to actualize the transaction so as from next week we will commence on the transaction.
This is how we are going to achieve the transaction in forteen days time which is two weeks.
1) A Company will be registered here in Nigeria with Corporate Affairs Commision (CAC) which will serve as the Company you use to execute the contract and it will be back dated to suit the year the contract was awarded and executed. So upon the receipt of this email you are advised to forward a name we will use for the registration.
2) We will pay for three years tax clearance with the Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) of the company, all this will be done out of the contributed money and it will also be back dated to tally with the contract Document which is in our Documents room at the moment.
3) We will also pay a huge sum of money to obtain vital and the most important documents known as Category ''A'' Special which is the Eligibility for a foreigner to obtain a Contract from Nigerian Government.
4) We will employ the services of an attorney that will duly represent us by going from one ministry to another while the transaction is being processed before the approval is being issued and he will serve as your attorney when you were executing the Contract here in Nigeria. Sharing mode is 60% for my colleagues and I, 30% for you while 10% will be used to settle for miscellaneous expenses that will occur during the deal.
After securing all these Documents all with the Contract Documents will be submitted to the Management of NNPC for approval to be issued and since i am among them it will not take more than two days to be secured and your file will be forwarded to the Federal ministry of finance (FMF) and after which it will be forwarded to the paying Bank which is the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for final approval and outrightly transfer into your account.
