Dear
I have read your response. I believe you are serious and honest in
accepting this proposal. I will be pained greatly if midway into the
deal you withdraw thereby exposing me to the risk of loosing my job.
Remember i am still a serving officer of government. Do search your
mind properly as we have not gone deep into this deal. If you are
honest i will get it done.
Here is the First step.
Find attached a Claim Re-Validation FORM from the office of the
paymaster general under the finance ministry. Fill out the FORM and
return back to me for submission.
NB: If it is not convenient to fill in the information inside the
space provided in the FORM A-010, you can write out the information on
either your company or official letter headed paper or on a clean
sheet of paper, sign, put date and return to me.
I am waiting to get your feed back after reading the two letters. Have
a nice day.
