I will deliver the box by myself hopefully by Friday, July, 2nd after I must have concluded all arrangements and paperworks. As a licensed United Nations diplomat, I have immunity to travel and fly anywhere at any time without problem.

No one will have any legal right to have possession of the box except you, because all the legal document must be signed by you and return to the UN/Federal Authorities indicating that the box has been delivered to the rightful owner, We are required to pay united nations Non Inspection tax and obtain the UN non inspection certificate which will give the consignment box free passage in Airport without inspection and make it impossible for the authority in any Airport to scan the box. Though, I know that I'm not supposed to do this, I was supposed to declare the content of the box officially to the Authorities and return the money to UN Office but due to my need for money to save my daughter from her ill health, I have no other option than to do it to save my daughter's life.
I cannot make the delivery immediately because I will visit Three (3) Offices to present your Documents for approval.
FINALLY A GUARANTEE LETTER AND ASSURANCE THAT YOU WILL GIVE ME 30% OF THE TOTAL CONTAINS OF THE CONSIGNMENT BOX UPON MY DELIVERY TO YOU IS REQUIRED.
The Non Inspection tax will cost about $2,962 and I have the US$$2,962 handy for the payment of the tax, I will commence the process and payment of Non Inspection tax for the release of the consignment box. Hopefully I will finalize the arrangement before the weekend, as soon as I have full possession of the box; I will board a flight with the box to meet with you at your nearest airport or your address for delivery.
A brief introduction about myself; I am not an American but a born South African and a British citizen, with a wife and 3 children, my family is residing in London UK, find attached my official Identity Card for you to identify me on delivery.
Please, I don't want to deal with any other third person or party on this transaction because I have to protect my legitimate appointment with the United Nations.
As soon as I conclude my arrangement by Friday, July 2nd, I will send my flight Itinerary to you before departing to your nearest Airport and then to your nominated address for delivery.
