Hello Sir/Madam
My name is Javier Martínez, the diplomatic agent in charge of your delivery.
I am a United Nations diplomat. I have tried to contact you countless times to inform you of my successful arrival at your International Airport with the shipping boxes containing your money and your ATM MasterCard, which, as instructed by the United Nations and the compensation committee, I delivered to you. Airport authorities required all the legal documents supporting my situation to demonstrate that the money is not related to drug trafficking or fraud. I presented the documents, and they are very satisfied, but the only thing holding me up is the airport delivery label, which is not attached to the box.
An airport official recommended that I obtain the delivery label so I can leave the airport immediately and successfully complete my delivery. I tried to reason with them, and they told me the delivery label would only cost $150, as it would allow me to reach your home without interference from the police or any other security authorities.
Please try to contact me, as I cannot afford to spend more time in your country due to other deliveries I must attend to in Guatemala, Panama, and Mexico. Please note that I have the documents supporting your shipment and can accompany you to your bank, where you will successfully deposit the money with these documents without any problems. I have important documents, but I can only give you a printed copy upon arrival at your address, as required by diplomatic protocol.
You can send the payment for the label directly to the airport to avoid delays.
Please double-check your address to avoid errors.

Sincerely, Javier Martínez
