Dear Friend,
My name is Joyce Uba, former Secretary to the sacked Central Bank of
Nigeria Governor (CBN) Godwin Emefiele but now a clerical officer
under the Directorate of Foreign Payments, Central Bank of Nigeria.
I was demoted when they found out that I have never been in support of
their deals and was helping beneficiaries with information on how to
get their funds.
My past boss, the current one and some of their colleagues in
government were involved in the delay of your payment through
imposition of unnecessary bills when it is on record that you have
done what is required to have your fund released to you but the greed
and that of the other approved paying Banks will not let them do that
because they use your fund to trade on the International Market and
make huge percentage profits on the fund regularly. They will never
let you know what to do to get your funds delivered to you.
As I still have access to payment files, I have information about your
outstanding payment which they have hidden from you which you are
supposed to know in order to receive your funds through the Apex bank
of Nigeria (CBN)
You can receive your funds within 48 hours as soon as you act on this
information.
Please assure me that no one will know the source of your information
until you have received your funds. I will give you details as soon as
I hear from you. Reply to: mrsjoy_uba@yahoo.com
Thank you,
Regards,
Joyce Uba
