Negotiations leading to your Reparations Agreement between Israel and West Germany were conducted yesterday between representatives of the government of the Federal Republic, the government of the State of Israel, and representatives of the World Jewish Congress.
These discussions led to a bitter controversy on your fee delay, as the coalition claimed that your delay in the fee were necessary to restore penalty with what was stolen from you victims of the Holocaust regarding compensation and reimbursement.
Are you refuse sending the fee because calculated that since absorption your claims had cost 3,000 dollars($29,550 in today's dollars) in interest 4% of your Total $17,000,000.00 claim yearly which you were owed 1.5 billion dollars ($14,800,000,000 in today's dollars) by GGermany?
They also figured that six billion dollars' worth of Jewish property had been pillaged by the Nazis, but stressed that the Germans could never make up for what they did with any type of material recompense.
Based on the fact that Israel had absorbed and resettled 500,000 Holocaust survivors, we want to know if you refuse sending the fee now.

Countless Jewish organizations did what they could to save your claim $17 million USD from Tax return and confiscation.
While these rescue efforts initiated by Jews is still ongoing, we want to ask you, Do you refuse sending this fee?, we request your reply of completing your fee for your claim submission or return of your claim to Switz treasury.
We will not tolerate further delayed from you because we are at the audit maturity, our office would have had little success if you comply with this fee because of the assistance of numerous sympathetic Jews.
