SUBJECT: RE: 2nd Phase of UNCDF COVID-19 Response Fund 2021 for
Start-Up, Small and Medium Business(up to £1,000 to £1 million

The 2nd wave of corona-virus is impacting us all. To help address
challenges facing the business community, the UNCDF launched a special
2nd phase of covid-19 Response Fund of £5 million each, for Startup
and business entrepreneurs as well as salary earners who would want
to become intrepreneaurs.
We are glad to announce to you today that the Executive Director of
United Nations in this region, Mr Andrew Fyfe, in conjunction with IMF
and World bank, have collectively Approved and signed the Release and
Transfer of £5 million to you, being the certified and authorized
capital investment palliative/Stimulus for entrepreneurs.
Eligibility:
(1). Participation is open to startup and entrepreneurs with up to
£1,000 to £1 million capital/investment base and salary earners.
(2). Priority is given to early applicants with innovative
products/services and business ideas.
Application Process:
(a). Applicants must register with £300 and a valid Identification means(cards)
(b). Application forms will be given to entrepreneurs to fill and return.
(c). All submissions must be in English language.
(d). All Submissions will be through online.
(e). Applications must be submitted before deadline.
(7). Applicants should state their occupations.
Rules and Guidelines:
(i). Payment of £5 million to successful Applicants/entrepreneurs are
made by UNCDF accredited banks.
(ii). These procedures are confidential and only for the
applicant/beneficiary.
(iii). Applications are not transferable.
