mailed-by: gmail.com

Greetings,

This is Barrister Ali Bella. I am the Head of the legal department of the UN in Ghana.

The government of Ghana, in association with the UNHCR in Ghana, has appointed me to sort out every detail concerning every failed transaction (s) involving foreigners who acted to impact on humanitarian matters.

This is in pursuance of enabling fruitful conclusion of stalled transactions or abandoned transactions and/or executing reparations or recompense where necessary.

This proposal became necessary as both the government and the diplomatic corps are aiming to effectuate a massive reshuffle to overturn the spate of corruption in the diplomatic space which is quite unprecedented.

On that note and mandate, I am contacting you based on the contents of your file in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Accra, Ghana. Could you kindly avail us of your regrets and how you intend to be repaid or compensated. Would you like to complete the project (s) you have in Ghana?

We will be guided by your decision (s) to proffer a most profitable response to your request.

Kindest regards,

Barrister Ali Bella.

Sir,

I took time to read and reflect on your letters and their contents.

It goes beyond words that you are a very serious fellow. Since you have decided to complete your transaction with the UN, I ran a check with our Headquarters in New York to know why you have not completed your transaction. My finding is that you have not legally registered with the UN diplomatic protocol office. It is this office that has the constitutional powers to register, process and bring you into the UN.

It is a very small registration detail. It usually takes just a day to complete it. You will have to do that now while bearing in mind that it would require a small amount of fee for registration. When you register with this office in New York we will process your request without further hindrance and complete your transaction without delay.

Finally, in a nutshell, there is only one thing for you to do to assume your position in the UN. It is the registration with the diplomatic protocol office in New York.

I have attached a copy of my passport herein.

I am waiting for your urgent reply.

Dear

I have received your reply. The contents are well noted.

Our interest is not to prolong your regrets because we already know that you could not complete the transactions you entered into. We also know that you spent a substantial amount of money to run those transactions. Our objective is to reimburse you to the value of the allocation received from the world bank.

The main objective of the scheme is to ensure financial restitution which we consider due and ideal in order to appease everyone who have been cheated before.

However, as pertains to guiding rules of engagement, we are required to ensure that every recipient or beneficiary is documented. How do we document recipients? They must be duly registered. Once you are registered with us we will transfer the compensation package sum of four million ($4,000,000) United States dollars to you.

It does not take much money to register with the UN. It is always small or affordable as the constitution spells out. I will check with our finance section to know the exact amount it goes for once you indicate your firm interest to receive the package.

I have attached a copy of my diplomatic passport herein.

Regards,

Barrister Ali Bella.

Following is an email that this scammer sent to another scammer. It is written in the Nigerian Igbo Pidgin English language and/or a style/dialect of English typically used by Nigerian scammers. Thus, it is very likely that this scammer is a Nigerian person:

Really? Illiteracy exposes its victim to disdain. I am quite sure there are few nursery schools in Britain. Enrol in one.

I am not Nigerian. I do not live in Nigeria. You are pathetic!

Interesting. I am so proud of myself that I can tell you without mincing words that education is really primarily important in any person's life.

When lowlife stark illiterates like you rave about Ijebu juju fireworks and little cash, it makes you thank God for the gift of the intellect. In all fairness, I can be classed as one of the elites of the world.

Truly, the Yoruba people will continue to play second fiddle in all things to their superior, more talented, more skilful, more intelligent, better educated, better trained, and more prosperous Igbo neighbours. I thank the Almighty for making the Igbo the greatest tribe of the black race by giving them every good thing in abundance.

Shame to impecunious and brainless Yoruba morons!

Applause. It is now very clear to me that madness comes in various forms. It runs in your blood. You will ever remain a little he-goat. The Yoruba race is known and of course is typical of dunces and dullards. It is, therefore, not surprising that they do not have even a single intelligent person. You can attest even to yourself how you have been raving and ranting about nothing.

It is a horrible curse for your entire tribe to be known for being useless, xxxxxxxxx, muppetish, and silly. For your tribe,it is always goofus doofus. In addition, there is no tribe in history to match the repugnancy your tribe exhibits in filthiness, dirtiness and debauchery.

I am ashamed of sharing the same country with half-swine-half-imbeciles like the yoruba. Too bad!
