Dear sir,
Thanks for your question,I am compelled in fairness to inform you due
the nature of our position in the Nigerian national petroleum
cooperation (NNPC) contract Dept we have been very careful to disclose
the true source of this fund.
However I am trusting you here that you will not betray the trust we
are reimposing in you.
This fund emanated from a deliberate over invoiced foreign contract my
cooperation awarded to some foreign contractors way back in 2014
before this present government came to Power in 2015.
But now our colleagues in federal ministry of finance and central bank
has given us go ahead order to look for a foreign partner who can help
us keep this fund into his care for our sharing with you on 45% each
while 10% will be set aside for expenses both here and there.
We will provide all the necessary documents required for smooth
operation in your name as our nominated next of kin / beneficiary of
this fund.
So with all due regards I am standing on the existing protocols to
seek for your anticipated cooperation.
Thanks while I await your response.
Regards
