Subject: From the Desk of Carey Portman

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Carey Mark Portman. I am in-charge of all foreign transactions now and I believe working and cooperating with me will help you to receive your pending funds.

I observed that you and others have not been able to receive anything for the past years and you have spent a lot of money.

The United Nations, IMF and World Bank asked me to investigate and find out why there are so many pending transactions and also to find out why no wire transfers , diplomat deliveries and others are still pending.

I met with some authorities in Africa, especially Ghana and Nigeria and other West African countries. I was told that the only way out is for you and others to obtain the African clearance and authorization permit certificate, once it is obtained, all pending transactions shall be completed. Your pending transactions are worth $26 million USD.

Fee/Amount: $580USD only.

Please let me hear from you.

Mr. Carey Portman.

UN-IMF-World Bank.
