FROM THE DESK OF MR FRANK KOFI
THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
GHANA CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (GCAA),
AIRPORT CITY, ACCRA - GHANA
Hello
I am MR FRANK KOFI, the assistant director of the GHANA CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (GCAA) here in the Republic of Ghana.
I have been trying to reach you for some days now in regards to your consignment boxes that were recovered at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) by the customs here in Ghana from some young men who claim to be diplomats and bank officials from other parts of West Africa. From our investigation, we found out that they are citizens from Nigeria, Liberia and Kenya.
These young men were on transit with the boxes here in Ghana going to the UK when the custom intercepted the boxes and on interrogation, they opened up to us that you are the rightful beneficiary of the money inside the boxes and that the boxes was supposed to be delivered to you in your country but the delivery did not take place. We also found out that you have paid a lot of money just to get these boxes but nothing happened.
Please get back to me as soon as possible so we make arrangements on how the boxes can be delivered or transferred back to you in your country because any delay, the boxes will be sent to the Ghana treasury department as unclaimed items.
