subject: Re: PAYMENT PLAN
mailed-by: worldbankportal.org

Dear

The US President and US Treasury Department has given an order for the immediate release of outstanding payments to all the clients who owe outstanding payments under our jurisdiction.

The meeting involves all the banks and an agreement was reached that every beneficiary’s payment will be released without additional cost. A payment plan was drawn which was agreed and authenticated by all the offices and banks involved.

Based on that, our office has been mandated to contact all the beneficiaries whose name is being listed and your name is among the list of people whose fund has not been released due to logistic problems and request for identified documents. Your name has been shortlisted on the payment plan which will allow you to receive your fund in your account without any problem.

Details of the payment plan will be given to you once you respond back to this email and the bank appointed to release your fund. All the information will be given to you which is contained in the payment plan.

Your urgent response is highly awaited.

Regards,
Howard C. Johnson
Director
