The aforementioned process will only be carried out by the Government of Ghana , after you the BENEFICIARY have registered the two transactions stated above with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Accra-Ghana at the payment of a token , mandatorily required in line with the constitution of the ministry , to conclude the registration process .
