Dear Beneficiary,

This is an official correspondence from the Human Rights Campaign.

I am Kelley Robinson, President of the Human Rights Campaign and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. I am reaching out directly due to the severity of your case, which has now come under high-level scrutiny involving senior U.S. officials, federal authorities, and judicial oversight.

Following a comprehensive investigation into irregular financial transactions and victim reports filed across several jurisdictions, your name was identified among individuals who have suffered repeated financial exploitation through fraudulent and unauthorized demands for payment-under the guise of official processing or clearance.

Our internal audit systems, in collaboration with global scanning through the Worldline File Tracking Network, confirm that you have been subjected to unjust delays and monetary losses in pursuit of funds that are, by law, rightfully yours. These findings were not only disturbing, they were unacceptable.

As of our latest joint review with the White House Federal Office, the U.S. Embassy, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), it has been verified that $23.7 million USD is currently held under your name. The verification process is ongoing, and you may be entitled to additional recoverable assets, pending further confirmation.

Despite the magnitude of this case, we note with concern that no formal legal action has yet been initiated on your part to recover these funds. For this reason, the Human Rights Campaign is now stepping in to assume direct responsibility in ensuring that your case is resolved and your rights are fully protected under international law.

To proceed, you are required to respond within 48 hours of receiving this message. Failure to do so will result in your case being flagged as inactive, and we will be unable to guarantee further intervention on your behalf.

Please respond immediately with the following verified information:
Full Legal Name
Residential Address
Active Contact Number
Current Occupation
Valid Government-Issued ID
Country and City of Residence
Gender

These details are mandatory for legal filing, case authentication, and secure coordination with the relevant authorities.

This is not a matter to be taken lightly. You have the right to reclaim what is yours, and we now have the legal mandate to assist you but only with your full and immediate cooperation. The window for resolution is limited, and we advise you to act swiftly.

We look forward to your timely response.

Sincerely,

Foundation:humanrightfoundation1@outlook.com
