Dear payee.
My name is Mr. Brian Gattoni, a senior technology and cybersecurity official, currently serving as the Deputy Associate Director in the Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, I have been responsible for IT resilience and cybersecurity for the Federal Reserve System since January of 2023.
With the position I held at the Federal Reserve Bank Services as the IT and cybersecurity official, I have been monitoring your funds movement with banks and government agencies here in the United States for some time now, anytime I run checks on the computers on cash surplus and idle funds, your information comes up unpaid, so far your unpaid funds has been sitting dormant with the Federal Reserve Bank Financial Services.
Although, I noticed some Sneaky Behavior with the financial account and the funds release documents, I noticed that the funds receiving address and the receiving bank has been changed so many times, and it is because of these changes done on same funds several times that prompted the IT and account department to put a hold on your funds making it very difficult for anyone to lay claim on it or divert it without going through my office.
As it is now, I can release your funds amounting to $5.5 Million Dollars plus interest credits of $800,000.00 making a total of $6.3 Million Dollars, I can release it to you via the ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment system. Before I give you more details, I need to be sure I am contacting the right person.
To confirm that you are the one, I want you to send me your complete contact details with your identification (a government issued I.Ds) and when I get this information from you and confirm that you are the rightful beneficiary to the funds, then we will proceed and within 3 to 5 working days you will receive your funds via ACH Payment Terminal. You can send the information to my fax number below if you can’t attach it to my email.
Sincerely yours,
Mr. Brian Gattoni,
Deputy Associate Director
Division of Reserve Bank Operations
and Payment Systems, Federal Reserve Board of Governors
