Dear Friend,

How are you doing? Trust you are doing very well my friend.I am writing you this email out of pity,and I know that we have not been in contact with one another ealier.So i hope that this proposal will not be an embarrassment to you my friend.

My name is Dr Samuel Egonwafor a retired official and member of the contract Award committee of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Ltd(NNPCL)the number seventh position in bonny light crude oil producer in the world.

During my ternor,a contract was awarded many years ago to a foreign firm in the oversesa(Canada) for the maintenance and supply of oil pipelines and in one our
refineries,and the contract was overinoved to the tone of $35m.The actual contract was executed and completed by the firm,commissioned by NNPCL and full payment was made to the firm.We contracted a firm in the Hong Kong to assist us claim and receive the $35m because, we can not claim it by ourselves due to the fact that we were still in active service.

How ever,the approval of the contract payment was secured in favour of the Hong Kong firm as a beneficiary and as a registered contractor to the NNPC.We've Done all we could and all were ste for the release of the payment unfortunately,our partner in Hong kong died during the COVID19 he contacted the epidemic and passed on.Since then,some group of people here in collaboration with an American firm took the payment claim to court claiming that they are the
beneficiary of the payment.AT the end,the court gave her judgement and it was in the favour of us.

We need your urgent assistant to present and front you as a relative to the late beneficiary for the claim release of the payment as the next of kin.If you will be able to assist us get this payment claim and released,we will compensate you with 20% of the funds and 80% for us here, we are three in number and all retired but one has passed away,but his share will be given to his family as soon as it is claimed and released.

Kindly respond to this proposal and have it treated and handled with absolute confidentiality and trust.Also,i will be glad to know you more better,and you are requested to send to me the following information of yours as follows
