SCAM VICTIMS AID SUPPORT;
Reference ID:2-407/9
Payment File No:#0174
Enlisted Victim

THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE (ICJ) is inquisitive to find out if you received a parcel from the AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK containing a DEBIT CARD with value $2,850,869.00 which includes some documents as to avoid query on the source of funds.

Be informed that you were enlisted among Scam victims on claimant release order that was presented to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) by the Office of Foreign Affairs for an Approval after-which it was legally endorsed by the United States Treasury Department.

However, even though the earlier information from the paying Bank stated that the 16/enlisted victims are going to receive packages at their respectful home in 3/days the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is still inquisitive.

Therefore, in order to prevent a series of complaints where some Office Holders/Banks divert funds assigned to a beneficiary to enrich their selfish desires which the Court sworn to bring the menace to an end, you’re, advised to confirm receipt of the parcel for record purpose.

Andrew R. James

Public Relation Officer (ICJ).
