Attention:

My name is Mr. Seyed Ali Madanizadeh, Director. Minister of Economy and Finance of Iran. I was approved by the Minister of Economy and Finance of Iran on June 16, 2025, to address the ongoing economic challenges. I, Mr. Seyed Ali Madanizadeh, am a technocrat with a PhD from the University of Chicago, replacing Abdolnaser Hemmat. This message may surprise you, but I am still reaching out to you today for help because in our country, Iran, there is a serious war going on between the United States, Israel, and Iran. The war in the Middle East continues to claim more victims. President Donald Trump’s claim of ongoing negotiations to end the war has been repeatedly rejected by the Iranian parliament, which has vowed to continue the fight. Currently, the war is still ongoing, with thousands of people killed in the region and even more injured or displaced in Iran, Lebanon, Israel, and other parts of the region. As the Minister of Economy and Finance of Iran, I would like to use this instrument to transfer a total amount of 300 million US dollars (300 million US dollars) to your country in the form of an ATM Visa card, because the Iranian parliament does not transfer money from here to another country unless you use a bank account or an ATM Visa card, if you can help.

And the attacks on major gas facilities in four Middle Eastern countries exacerbated the economic impact of the war. I have decided to flee this country with $300 million worth of cash if you would help me. The cash would come in two different $150 million ATM Visa cards. I want to leave the country with the money, essentially to the point where Trump is extending the deadline for attacking Iran’s energy infrastructure to reopen the Strait of Hormuz or prevent the destruction of its energy facilities. The US leader previously set the deadline at just 48 minutes and later extended it by five days after detailed and constructive discussions with Iran. So my intention now is to ask for your help in sending the entire amount to your country via two different ATM Visa cards, $150 million per card. Once the money is delivered, I will personally reimburse you for $100 million. I am deeply concerned because I have sent you messages before and have been patiently waiting for a response – and not just because I feel it is my duty, but also because I truly want you to receive this fund as a relief and compensation for you. Please know that this is not just a message. It is an opportunity worth seizing. The funds have already been loaded into your Visa ATM, awaiting a response from your safe.

I ask you from the bottom of my heart to help. Do not let doubt, fear, or past experiences prevent you from receiving your blessing. I am not here to deceive you or play with you. I am a loyal person who believes in honesty and sincerity. I would never lead you astray, and I would not gain anything by hurting anyone. You no longer need to fear this event. Your victories are not a coincidence, they are a gift, a breakthrough that many long for. But it is your job to seize them. Do not ignore these messages, and let us continue this process. One act of faith and trust is enough.i was making the inquired about what the 2 ATM Visa Card, would cost to dispatch to your country is the sum of US$320,00,for Insurance Irrevocable Resident Permission, and for the specific understanding base on trust if you can afford to send the requested charge fee,so that the 2 ATM Visa Card, worth totally amount sum of US$300Million in total, would be dispatch immediately to you resident address.

Thank you
Mr. Seyed Ali Madanizadeh
