thank you for your prompt response, I am very happy that you are still
alive and healthy. After the Ecowas submit held on the 14th February
2020 in Lome Togo, concerning all fraudulent activities going on in
west Africa bringing bad names to our various countries the Ecowas
High Court of Justice how appoint me as the Chairman monitoring
committees to supervise all deled payment and also handle any victims
on internet fraud by the Inheritance or by contract fund in all banks
here in West Africa.

This was organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance Togo and all
the banks in the sub-region in West Africa to release all outstanding
inherited fund to their beneficiaries.

Let me go straight to the point, The reason for contacting you from
the Ecowas Financial Controller Office,7th Floor Ecowas Building
Lome,Togo. I personal discover your name in a file which I have in my
disk right now it some amount of money with some gold , I find it
necessary to see if you are still alive.

Now your name was found among unfinished inherited transaction with
one of the banks in west Africa, now that the Ecowas have appointed
the Union Togolese de Banque (UTB) Bank Lome-Togo as a Paying Bank to
all unfinished Inherited fund transfer. After our verification, we
found out that the funds belong to you.

To enable us proceed with the details on how to claim this money from
the bank, I want to know if you are interested in claiming this
funds,As soon as I hear from you I will give you the full details on
how you will go about the claim and with my position here I will make
sure the bank cooperate with you.
