Dear CONTRACTOR,
I am Mr Oliver Peterson the Auditor General Nigeria National Petroleum cooperation, (NNPC). In view of Governmental directive to offset all Inherited/Contract debt before this fiscal year 2020 comes
to an end. We have been faced with lots of derogatory remarks and alternation in files.
Most files no doubt where found deeply lying or hidden under complete, while some files which were marked 'paid" were later trace to wrong accounts. investigation on the above anomalies exposed criminal conspiracy between local representatives of foreign contractors and some junior staffs of Nigerian National Petroleum cooperation who capitalized on trust bestowed on them by innocent contractors to divert payment, While you kept believing on endless promises you will
soon receive money but to no avail, you were frustrated at the end. Unfortunately, contractors were also made to make several payments into private purses of these nefarious representatives/ officials
without official receipt ever issued. These payments made by you if any were wrong, you were only providing them with milk and honey.
In view of these unsavory acts so discovered, Government have sanitized NNPC and relevant agencies. Lots of these officials were dismissed, redeployed or retired. The central focus behind this, to streamline production, correct past anomalies, responsive and enhance efficacy.
Federal Executive council sponsored a bill signed by parliament which barred local representatives from doing whatever act or requisite in any claim. All claim will be released through oversea Fiduciary Agent and Prime Overseas Bank/ International Bond. All process not expected to elapse 5 clear working days. Part payment of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars,(US$8.5M) has been approved to pay you. Did you broker payment to Dr. Mohammed Abdul, who proclaimed
to be your lawyer?
We demand urgent response from you please.
Regards,
MMr Oliver Peterson
