Sir

Re: Your payment release.

On behalf of the agencies monitoring your payment delivery, I would like to sincerely reach you over the immediate need for provision of all necessary information and procurement of the Affidavit of Ownership as directed by Sgt Rico A William. This is the only Security / legal document to proof ownership of this fund by you. DO NOT DELAY FURTHER.

PPLEASE WE WOULD NOT ENTERTAIN DELAYS, BREACH OF PROVISIONAL GUIDELINES

Reconfirmation of your full details and including copy of any of your identification should also be sent to him. This would enable proper identification during payment delivery to you at your bank under your close supervision.

Be informed that these said funds were intercepted by team of Security Personnel from the Barry M Goldwater Range and after much verification conducted, the gmails were approved only as security means to having this completed without breach and devoid of using the official email of United States Department of the Army.

The decision was taken after a careful deliberations since this is not officially a payment that emanated from the US government , rather funds from Africa believed to have being owned by few international beneficiaries which they were trying to divert for self usage.

You could as well continue to reach me for directives on how to obtain the Affidavit of Ownership which is the only needed document expected of you to legalize release of this fund to you.

While thanking you for your cooperation so far, we expect your swift compliance towards concluding this within the next few days. Reach Sgt Rico very urgently to guide you with the cost and bank account to transfer the cost asap.

Attached is my Turkey citizenship Identification as guarantee and to be hold responsible if delay on release of your fund is made. My identities stands as guarantee as i'm well known globally with the UN and assure you that your fund will be finally paid asap you meet with the above stated requirements.

Yours Sincerely,

Sahinbas Seyit Ahmet
