FULLY 100% FINANCE SO YOU PAY BY T/T ONCE THE GLOVES LAND AND YOU HAVE
THE 2ND SGS UNDERTAKEN STATE SIDE PAID FOR THE SELLER. NO MONIES
LOADED INTO ESCROW, NO MONIES LOANED ON TO LC OR SBLC.
Our price to you is $10.80 per box of Vglove.
The Gloves are “4 mil” Nitrile blue gloves. FDA / EUA approved and
510K certified for Medical use and also for Europe comply with EN455
parts1 to 4 and EU certified and have EU conformity.
The SOP for 220K to 5 million boxes of gloves is:
1. BUYER to issue LOI and LOA to the seller and sign NCNDA.
2. SELLER to issue SPA and ICPO.
3. BUYER to sign the SPA and the ICPO and return to the seller with
the BCL.
All details for the IMFPA are submitted to the sellers mandate.
4. SELLER to under take his due diligence. And assuming all is OK he
signs off on the IMFPA and initiates the A2A dialogue.
5. Both Atorneys sign off on the contract.
6. Seller starts manufacturing and issues SGS and POL for the plane
delivery.
7. SELLER arranges a 2nd SGS after the gloves arrive to the UK.
8. SELLER provides the 2nd SGS to the buyer within 48 hours of the
plane landing.
9. The BUYER checks the stock with the SGS and satisfies himself all
is in order.
10. The BUYER makes payment to the seller within 24 hour of receiving
the 2nd SGS. Payment via T/T or Escrow or LC.
11. Once the SELLERS attorney receives the funds he transfers
ownership of the gloves to the buyer and the buyer takes his gloves.
