Dear Customer,

WESTERN UNION®

You are among the successful Beneficiaries who were luckily selected to receive some Compensations due to the non payment of your long overdue funds. At Western Union, we would like to inform you that we have just sent you the sum of US$5,000 as a test transfer. This US$5,000 is the first payment you will receive as part of your Compensation of US$450,000 that was approved by the Joint Committee members of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), United Nations (UN), and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The aim of these joint committee members is to ensure that all the selected and approved Beneficiaries are fully compensated due to the non payment of their long overdue funds.

These joint committee members have unanimously agreed to pay for the Cost Of Transfer (C.O.T) for all the Compensations and they have already paid for the transfer fees at Western Union. Therefore, the Compensation of US$450,0 000 will be paid to you by instalments twice a week for a period of five months without any demand for cost of transfer (C.O.T). This is the reason we will not ask you to pay for the transfer fees that have been already paid by the joint committee members of the above mentioned institutions. Also, this was why we were able to process your first payment very quickly without demanding for transfer fees from you. Moreover, we have already sent you the US$5,000 which you will receive in minutes with the following Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) at Western Union.

Meanwhile, the greatest thing that you can do for yourself at this point in time is to receive your Compensation at Western Union which is completely secured. Already, we have been mandated to ensure that you keep receiving the payment by instalments until you get your full Compensation of US$450,000 which will be transferred to you as scheduled. Other Beneficiaries whose Compensations are greater than yours, have been receiving their own payments by instalments twice a week. Note that we have sent you the US$5,000 as a test transfer to ensure that this first payment gets to you, before we can proceed to send you more payments of US$20,000 twice a week for a period of five months.

Also, note that we shall be splitting up the US$20,000 into four equal payments of US$5,000 each and you will be paid twice every week to make it easier for you to receive the payments at Western Union. However, you were sent this first payment of US$5,000 according to the instruction from the joint committee members who indicated that we should be sending you payments by instalments at least twice a week with payment of US$20,000 for the period of five months till completion of the US$450,000.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars). For confirmation, you are to track this transaction through our website below to confirm the availability of the first payment. To track it, simply follow the instruction, by clicking on the website: https:/ /wumt.westernu nion.com/asp/order ... transfer.

Below is a brief detail of the Western Union Money Transfer that was sent to you as a test transfer. For more information, you should have to email us after confirming the following details:

Senders First Name: BRANDY
Last Name: PAULSON

MTCN: 7039510695

This Money Transfer Control Number is valid for payment and this makes the transaction 100% legitimate as we can guarantee you. Finally, we would like to confirm to you that your first payment of US$5,000 was sent successfully and the fund is now ready for pick up at Western Union. Kindly contact us immediately for more details through this email: philomenagreen55@gmail.com

Best wishes,

Philomena Green,
Western Union®
