Thank you for your reply and inquiry per the subject matter and on how we can jointly execute this deal. As I earlier on mentioned in my introduction of the venture to you, the story is just too simply and small to state further since my previous message did said it all. Also it will interest me to know the name of your friend that referred you to my proposal

According to the summary of this venture, your primary role herewith will portends that you will present yourself as the next of kin to the late Mr Wood Philip’s estate before our bank since he didn’t nominate any before his death. I shall supply details that will aid the operation and also push forward before management of our bank for quick approval of the claim and release of same in your name.

You are to either come down to Malaysia in the course of execution of the deal, or better still you can be represented perfectly well by designating a lawyer who will interface between you and our bank in the course of processing of the claim. You should also be aware that even if you should decide to come down to Malaysia in the course of the subject matter, the situation will also demand that a lawyer is hired or engage for the exercise since legal work and requirements must definitely be involved, and only a legal professional will be fix to handle such aspects

Also you should be aware that since during the life and time of the late Mr Wood Philip, you didn’t had any one on one meeting and interaction with him, it will not be ideal for you to answer any first in hand question (s) before our bank so that everything will move smoothly. Whatever the situation should become, or on any option we should adopt to handle the situation, a lawyer whom I have total confidence and trust on will be recommended to you by me to handle the legal aspect of the claim in the course of procurements and processing of all the needed documents that will be required or presented before our bank. The need for this cannot be overemphasized. We need a lawyer who can be trusted enough and that will keep secret of this venture and who will not result to blackmail tomorrow after we have succeeded in the subject matter.

Your role among other things will be to liaise with the lawyer in the area of logistics and funding of the venture, and which will cover the lawyer’s legal service, funding of the needed documents that will be involved for the exercise and above all, present your identity as the next of kin. You are very most qualified to serve in that capacity since you are a foreigner and not a citizen of Malaysia which is the bases I have contacted you. It is therefore left to you whether to accept this offer or not. But one thing I am assuring you is that this venture is of risk free and very legal, inasmuch my plan will be followed very carefully by you, and also as we do things in the rightful manner as they are supposed to be done.

Hopefully with everything in place, execution and finishing of the whole process will not take beyond one month, starting from the date notice is filed before our bank. I assure 100% genuineness of this deal, my reach out to you per the subject matter is as result of my inability to handle the whole process myself since I am a staff of the bank and also as an insider, it is against banking ethics for me to be seen initiating such idea and conniving with an outsider to execute such action. And since I need the money so dearly and also bearing in mind that if at the end of the day or within a specified period nobody shows up to lay claim to the abandoned and trapped cash with our bank, those at higher hierarchy of management level will execute the deal. The opportunity of me having in debt and firsthand information on the existence of this opportunity has offered me the advantage to strike the deal before any other person, or even before they will discover it’s ever existence.

Yours sincerely,
Mr. Paul Hui Dong
Branch Manager (UOB)
