Hello,
Thank you very much for your understanding about the reasons why I have contacted you that there is transaction in your name. I am very glad you have replied, and I hope we can work this out as quickly as we can. My name is Mr. Salim Alkan, I’m Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Member of the Board of Directors and Credit Committee in Ziraat Bank (Turkey), and head of private banking and wealth management.
During the second quarter of banking operation this year, I was mandated by the board of directors of my bank to compile all active account /portfolio under this financial institution. During the compilation I discovered an inactive account of a customer of my bank who made a fixed deposit to the sum of €14,800,000.00 (Fourteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Euros) in our branch and has your country as his country of origin in hi file in my bank. I would humbly appeal that you preserve the subjects of this email personal and reverence the truthfulness of the information you come by as a result of this transaction.
In the process of review of our late customer financial report by my management, I was mandated to present his closest relative with the same or similar last name with our late customer; hence I contacted you being having the same last-name with our late customer. I am prepared to place you in a position to instruct the Management of my Bank to release the deposit to you as the closest surviving next of kin as he did not indicate any next of kin while opening the account with us. I will like to tell you that in inheritance the next of kin can be anybody, it is not compulsory for the next of kin to be related to the late customer, it does not even matter if you are from different countries but in this case the uniqueness of the same surname with you we bring us to a perfect conclusion. This is a fair deal as all procedure will be done legally without any risk attached either on your part or on my part as long as we comply with the laws governing the claiming of funds in my Bank which I will details to you soon.
I am willing to entrust these funds in your care with the hope that you would not be greedy, and you would give me my share which is 50% for and 50% for you once the fund has be transfer to your bank account successfully. I will work with an attorney here who resides in Turkey to perfect all arrangements and prepare the required paperwork in your favor as the legal beneficiary / next of kin of our late customer.
However, it will be appreciated if you can confirm your readiness and willingness to work with me in executing this transaction in a very discrete and quiet condition, to avoid any form of distraction that will jeopardize this project. I request you get back to me as soon as possible so that we can proceed towards the actualization of this transaction. I am a man of good repute and I see this as an opportunity to give a better life to my family. This opportunity happens in all over the banking sector in the world where decease customer fail to nominate his/her next of kin the management usually take such opportunity to themselves. I will tell you more on what to do about this transaction upon your wiliness to continue with me and this is not a joke.
At this stage I shall wait for your response.
Many Thanks,
Salim
