Dear
I am writing you with regards to your protracted and stalled funds transfer and would urge you to accord this correspondence your full indulgence and attention, as the authenticity and difference between this message and the ones you must have received would be evident if you do so.However, you are forbidden to preempt anyone of this contact.
As a freelance independent financial expert engaged in an assignment with a financial institution here in HK, your transfer file came to my attention and I was compelled to take special interest in it owing to its peculiar history of procedural inconsistencies. Obviously all the persons you assigned to process your transfer have proved to be incompetent. Simply put it that some of them have tried unsuccessfully to smuggle your fund through a non-existent back door, while impersonating some offices of various departments before you, and feeding you with unverifiable transfer documents.
Presently there is a counter claim and discrepancies in your payment data. Prominent among the discrepancies discovered is the present application/sworn declaration deposed for a change of account number, purporting that you are terminally sick and wish that your fund be transferred to account number 009-470-00051 Banquo Centonale vauddosle, belonging to your next-of-kin in Switzerland. You are therefore required as a matter of urgency to confirm to us as follows:
A. That The Application for Change of Account/Beneficiary was Done At Your Instance.
B. That Your total sum Should Be Transferred To The Above Stated Account.
C. That we should allow your next of kin to take over as the new beneficiary and proceed with the signing of the original Bank Release Documents. If not, kindly reconfirm your information with a copy of your Identity to enable us correspond it with the facts and figures in our system and as well further authenticate your claim as the authorized/legal beneficiary for final release of this fund to you. I await your response as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
Garry Williams
