I am quite convinced of the fact that this will come to you as a surprise.however i am writing based on the privilege information i gathered about you on the internet during my extensive search.
I am Samuel Byran, a solicitor at law, personal attorney to Engineer RC ,a national Of your country,who worked with OIL and GAS company in Turkey. Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over a years now, I seek your consent to present as the next of kin to the deceased since you have the same last names, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you.
