Greetings,
Alex Graham & Associates is conducting a standard process
investigation and we would appreciate it if you can assist with this
independent inquiry.
My name is Barrister Alex Graham and this inquiry involves my late
client, who shares the same last name with you. My client and his wife
died September, 2020 due to Covid-19 complications and there's no
successor in title over his assets/funds in the banks.
The essence of this communication with you is to present you as the
heir/next of kin to the deceased so that the deposited amount can be
paid to you as the successor/heir hence I cannot find any of the
relatives of the deceased. The bank has given me an ultimatum as his
personal lawyer to present the heir within 14 days otherwise his
assets will be moved to the United States Department of the Treasury.
My Law Firm will provide necessary legal representation/documentations
to facilitate the entire process if you're interested.
Am available to discuss the above subject in details, please feel free
to connect with me via the email address listed below on receipt of
this message for any questions and clarification, thanking you for
your time in reading my message, while I look forward to hearing back
from you soon and hoping you would treat the content with utmost
discretion.
Best regards,
Alex Graham.
