subject: can You Stand As Next of Kin to late Dr. David M

Sir

First, I am Barrister Emile Short, a solicitor at law, personal attorney to late Dr. David M. a national of your Country, who was the former director of Shell Petroleum Ghana Limited. Here in after shall be referred to as my client. On the 21st of April 2016, my client and the family were involved in a car accident along Nouvissi express Road. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost there lives.

Since then I have made several inquiries to your embassy here to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful.

After these several unsuccessful attempts, today as I was searching through the network I came across your contact. I decided to contact you and requested your assistant so that you can stand as his next of kin and also present you as an honest and reliable party as the next of kin to my client late Dr. David M. being the fact you bear the same surname and from this same country. As I cannot locate any member of his family hence I contacted you. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the fund valued at US$12.5 million left behind by my client in one of the reputable bank here in Ghana, before it gets confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Bank, where this huge amount were deposited.

The said bank has earlier this week issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have his account confiscated within the next twenty one official working days.Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 4 years now I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased since you are from the same country and bear the same last name, so that the proceeds of this account valued at US$12.5 million can be transferred to your account and then you and me can share 50/50.I have the deposit slip of the account together with his death certificate that can be used to back up any claim we may make.

All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us seeing this deal through. I will give you more details of the transaction as soon as I hear from you.

Best regards,
Emile Short (Esq.)
