Dear Mr.

The lockdown ordered by the government of China/ Hong Kong (HKSAR) as a result of the ravaging Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic has taken a toll on businesses but I am quite happy to contact you again because the Courts, the financial institutions| banks, and other government offices and agencies to process the payments/ entitlement here in the HK to your receiver's account have all fully resumed and are ready to process the liquid assets part of the transaction which totals Twenty One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pounds Sterling £21,500,000.00 (GBP21.5M) only £21,500,000.00 (GBP21.5M) only now. The solid assets portion of this transaction which is also in two parts of 795 kg of Precious Metals/ Gold bullion components of today’s market value of $51,675,000.00 (USD51.675M) only @795kg x 65000 will be processed in due course and I will advise as to when shortly, please.
I will be most grateful if you can confirm your interest, readiness, and capacity to receive the funds on our behalf on the sharing ratio and breakdown below:
Group, 40%

When I receive your consent on the agreed ratio/terms. We will then send you a copy of our mutually beneficial agreement, we can link you with the renowned HK based Professional Probate/ International Financial Transaction Attorney whom you will retain to process and procure all the necessary Court Orders, documents, authorizations, and approvals.
This business transaction is a classified deal that is structured to succeed because the bank staff will make it to fly. For the processing, we have a solid contact at the Courthouse, who is part of the project.
The liquid assets; lands and other properties (already sold) as well as stocks, securities with the monetary value of about (£9,000,000.00) and annuities with a monetary value of over (£6,025,000.00) and when calculated at the prevailing interest rate in the HK as of today, it all amounts to approximately Twenty-One Million Five Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Pounds Sterling (£21, 525,000.00) as available balance in the account, out of which the sum of (£21, 500,000.00) will be processed and approved for payment to your nominated bank account.
These assets are well adumbrated in a canceled will by the deceased Mr. Richie who passed on since 11th May 2013 and which unclaimed estate, Courts and Chancery Division here in the HK has served a valid court judgment in favour of our nominated beneficiary as the entitled beneficiary. The deal here is to secure another valid court order from the Courts and Tribunal Service nominating you or your company as the entitled beneficiary of the unclaimed outstanding amount of (GBP21.5M), and then further secure all necessary documents, authorizations, and approvals for the release of the entitled sum to your nominated bank account anywhere in the world. As I stated above, we have all the contacts and networks to process and conclude the deal without questions and everybody has their own splits agreed upon according to their exposure for which they are mitigating the entire risks of the deal, and this is why this is a done deal.
