Dear
Good day, once again and how are you today? Having confirmed your data’s, I wish to give you the full details for you to figure the reasons why we must share this fund together, In view of your response, I considered it worthwhile to clarify you more on this issue before we proceed, I am Lawson Ogoabia, a Barrister of law from Lome Togo, I am married with 2 children. I want to inform you that I concluded to work with you in this transaction hoping that we will get long in truth and spirit with no intention to cheat at any point in time, I contacted you in this matter based on the claim of (11.5 Million Dollars) fund/Estate of my late client since I had sought for the relatives without success and instead of this fund being confiscated by the Finance Firm or by some unscrupulous person, I seek your consent to present you as the Next of kin-based on the fact that I am the legal Attorney to my late client until his death and Whosoever I present to the bank as the Next of Kin will certainly Inherit the fund. And Am sorry to tell you about my religion, which I hope you will not be against it as a Christian.
Note; that all I want from you is to stand as a NEXT OF KIN and Beneficiary to the unclaimed estate of my deceased client. My deceased client is a national of your country but until his untimely death, he resided in Lome-Togo. I am a legal practitioner with 33 years of experience and I wish to notify you that the next of kinship as stated by the inheritance law is not limited to relations of the deceased nor is it confined to the circuit of parental relationship, rather it is by choice of the benefactor as regards to whom he wishes to will it to (beneficiary) either formally by write up, or informally by secret information disclosure to the beneficiary, be him/ her business partner, relation, kinsmen, friends or well-wisher, therefore by virtue of the above stated, I seek consent to present you as the next of kin to my late client since the supposed next of kin also died along with him.
You should note that all the original documents that will be needed in a transaction of this nature ascertaining you as the bonafide beneficiary and next of kin to my late client will dully and legally be obtained and issued in your names and favor.
I do not know you but I feel you will be human enough, to be honest to me at least for bringing you into a deal capable of fetching something tangible. I have done everything possible to trace the relatives of my late client without any luck; most of his properties here were vandalized by hoodlums and some overgrown by weeds as there is no one to look after them. It was until the finance firm with the said deposit invited me to their office and mandated me as his attorney here in Togo to locate and present to them his next of kin for the release of his outstanding fund with them. It's upon this that I decided to contact you since you are bearing the same surname in order to assist me in putting claims to this fund for the release and transfer.
Before we proceed with this transaction, let get everything clear to avoid any misunderstanding in the future. Both of us knows very well that you are not the real NEXT OF KIN to my late client and I also know that you are not related to him, is just that both of you are bearing the same surname, which is the reason why I involved you so that both of us can work with oneness to achieve this goal.
For your information I don't need any disappointment from you along the line, if you know that you are not capable to champion this transaction, kindly let me know immediately, I am saying this because I need this money to solve the problems that are giving me sleepless nights. I regret to inform you of my wife's ill health, my wife is seriously ill and she has been placed on a life-support machine for the past six months due to heart failure. You can now see the reason why I need this transaction to be concluded as soon as possible so that I can have enough money to fly my wife to ISRAEL or INDIA for better treatments as the doctors prescribe. You see it is not a joke and will never be.
There is nothing to worry about as everything is legal with documentation, it is my duty to provide the next of kin and whosoever approves as the next of kin will certainly be the beneficiary and receive the fund. In the conclusion of this transaction, I am not greedy either and suggest that we share the proceed of 45%-45% while 10% goes to any incur expenses we encounter in the process of this fund transfer into your bank, I await to hear your own opinion as regards this ratio.
And having have your complete data`s already, I will like to hear from you as soon as possible so that I will officially rush to the bank to submit and register your fill of Application officially to the bank for the bank management to open communications with you for the process of the transfer.
