Attn:
I thank you for your swift response to the short message and the opportunity to explain more about the funds of the deceased. I would like you to pay good attention and comprehensively get the details properly.
I am Attorney Darius Hallet, the former legal assistant and Attorney to the late Engr Natal, who lived ,worked and died here in England 5 years ago.His bank has asked me to provide his relatives or next of kin to claim his funds and after exhaustive search I could not locate any of his relatives.
I got your details after a comprehensive online search for his possible relatives in order to redeem the estate (£3,2 Million) that he kept with a UK Bank before his demise.
I approach you on a personal conviction of trust being that you share the same Surname with him, to partner with me in receiving the money. As his attorney, I have all key documents relating to the deposit and his death. The Bank has asked me to present his relatives to them to claim the funds within 30 days or forfeit it permanently in line with the laws of the Bank Of England.
By this letter, I request your consent to present you to the Bank as a close relation of my client, so that the funds can be transferred directly to you. Once you receive the funds, we shall share it 60% /40% between us.
This claim is straightforward and will be carried out under proper directives that will protect you from breaking any laws. I kindly request you to keep the details of my proposal confidential because of its nature for total success.
I have made available the ACCOUNT STATEMENT and the DEATH CERTIFICATE for your perusal, further details will be provided upon your response.
Kind regards
Attorney Darius Hallet

Thank you for your response which is an indication of accepting to partner with me.I give you assurances that everything will work perfectly well .I want you to work with me diligently for this landmark deal.
Engr was my client ,He lived, worked and died here in England and his bank has asked that I present his relative to claim his fund but I could not locate relative because he left no traces. Now I want to present you to his bank as a relative so that the funds will be released to you and we can share it thereafter.
NOTE: If this fund is not claimed and retrieved from the bank,it will be seized by the British Government and the bank which does not in any way help any course.
I wish to further explain the steps involved in this process .I have perfected the modality for the funds claim and expect everything to run smoothly. It is important to emphasize that for a transaction of this magnitude; sincerity and confidentiality shall be paramount. I repose my trust in you in the hope that once we achieve our aim of securing the release of the funds to you, that the sharing ratio will not be renegotiated under any circumstance.
To achieve this objective, I will depose an Affidavit of Support before Her Majesty’s Crown Court here in London testifying that you are the next of kin to the deceased, and with the Affidavit, I apply to the Probates Registry for the Letter of Administration of the deceased’s Estate in your favour. This is necessary given that my late client died Intestate (without a Will). Once it is approved and obtained, I will send it to you with a guide on how to make an application letter for an inheritance claim which you will send to the Branch Manager of Natwest Bank so that they can process the fund release.
All this will come at no cost on you,I will take care of the documentation process at my own cost and expenses .We can share the ration 50/50
Upon their receipt of the application letter by the bank It will go through a verification process as a banking routine.with the submitted details and once they confirm them to be accurate, an approval will be given for the funds to be released to you.
I will proceed to the court to swear affidavits and obtain the Letter of Administration in your favour .
It will help if you provide me with your FULL NAME exactly as it appears on your identification document. Since this is a transaction of mutual benefit, our mutual understanding, cooperation and effort is required to ensure its realization. I also need you to check your emails regularly as this will help us to complete the transaction in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding the process, you can ask.
I will now wait for your response in order to proceed
Kind Regards
