Greetings
Thanks for your response. My name is Omar Waleed, and I work as a Financial Representative Officer in the U.A.E. I have come across some vital information that I believe will be of great interest to you.
I recently learned of the passing of the late Sami, who held a fixed-rate bond with my firm valued at $26,700,000.00. Unfortunately, Sami passed away due to complications related to COVID-19 in 2022. As his Financial Officer and a friend, I was privy to this information, although my firm is unaware of his death. When Sami opened his account, he did not name any heirs and, to my knowledge, was neither married nor did he have children.
Last week, my firm’s management requested instructions regarding Sami's account, and I am concerned that if they discover his death and the absence of an heir, they may misappropriate the funds for their own use. I am reaching out to you because I believe you could be the rightful heir to the account. It is important to handle this matter discreetly and legitimately to ensure that we comply with all legal regulations.
Rather than allowing my firm’s directors to benefit from these funds, I propose that we claim the funds together, splitting the amount 50/50. My share would enable me to embark on a long-held dream of starting my own company. I want to assure you that there is no risk involved in this arrangement; everything will be arranged transparently.
Please treat this information as strictly confidential. I await your urgent response so we can discuss the details further.
Wishing you a wonderful day.
Best regards,
Omar Waleed
Financial Representative Officer

Greetings
Further to my previous email. I want to express my gratitude for your prompt response to my earlier proposal regarding the transaction we discussed. As the Financial Representative Officer at Capital Base Finance and Investment (CBFIF), I am reaching out to provide you with the full details of this transaction. It is crucial that we maintain a relationship built on trust and confidentiality as we proceed.
The essence of this transaction is that you will be designated as the Next of Kin/Heir to the late Sami Paulson, which will allow you to take control of the funds involved. I believe that a sharing ratio of 50/50% is fair and acceptable for both parties involved. Rest assured, there is no risk associated with this transaction; it is entirely secure if you follow my instructions and keep our discussions confidential. The information I require to commence the process is as follows.
YOUR FULL NAMES:
DATE OF BIRTH:
OCCUPATION:
ADDRESS:
COUNTRY:
PHONE NUMBER:
My role in this process will be straightforward: I will input your information into our Firm system as the Next of Kin/Heir to Sami, enabling you to apply for the claim without needing to visit Dubai. Given my position at (CBFIF), I can assure you that this operation will be executed legitimately and efficiently, with completion expected within two weeks.
It has always been my aspiration to establish my own company, and I see this opportunity as a significant step towards achieving that goal. Therefore, it is imperative that we handle this matter discreetly for our mutual benefit.
I look forward to your urgent response so we can move forward with this transaction.
Thank you for your attention, and may God bless you and your family.
Sincerely,
Omar Waleed
