Dear Sir/Ma,
The newly elected president of Nigeria, Mr.Bola Ahmed Tinubu haS officially directed the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Company Ltd (NNPCL) and other Federal Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAS) to release the names of foreign Creditors or foreign beneficiaries whose foreign contract/inheritance payments have been delayed for long from 1999 to 2025 for official verification and possible release of funds to beneficiary bank account, which has been an unclaimed foreign payment inheritance fund.
In view of the above Presidential directive, We have a foreign contractor whose name showed up on the list and he is from Indonesia who executed a Foreign contract with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Company Limited(NNPCL)/Federal Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources(FMPNR) but yet to receive his contract payment because of sudden sickness which resulted to his Death.
Therefore, I want you and I to work and cooperate together concerning this late client's contract fund and to present you as the Next of Kin to the late contractor. The payment of this foreign contract fund will be processed legally in your name and address and the fund released to your account which you shall provide.
Details on this shall be discussed with you when you indicate interest and willingness to handle this transaction from your end. If you are interested send your response to My office email address : www.cen.bank.gov.ng@gmail.com
Yours Faithfully,
Engr. Joseph Diara
