I am Dr.Abdul Majid from Ouagadougou Burkina Faso and a senior Banking personnel with the African Development Bank and I am very happy that you replied my proposal as it is my utmost pleasure to detail you more on this imminent deal as all I want from you is diligence and sincerity as every other thing will move smoothly as long as you follow my instructions.

I want to present you as the Next of claim to a dead Government contractor by name Mr. Abdul Khalifa who died alongside his entire family in a ghastly Car accident few years ago because the Government official who lodged the money used his name as the account owner knowing fully well that the Man is dead and what he need do is to apply to our Bank as his Next of kin and then instruct the Bank on where to transfer the fund after fulfilling the normal Banking requirements (which includes procuring certain legal papers from certain Government parastatals).

I am not the person that will transfer the fund directly to your account because in the Bank, I am only a head of a particular department but the power I have is that I am the only person that knows about these fund movements and the tricks employed by these men so, I will be here to direct you on what to do so that the Bank will release the fund into any account you will present as long as it can contain $38.6 Million Dollars and based on my professionalism, there won't be any trace once this deal is completed.

I will come over to your Country with my family once the fund is confirmed in your account and there I will establish my own business with your help hence I do not know the country very well and note that you will receive 40% of the fund while I will get 60% as the initiator.

I will compose a letter application and send to you where you will fill in your information for the processing once I get your consent on this particular email.

Awaiting your mail
Have a nice working day

Dr.Abdul Majid
