Thanks for your urgent response and I do appreciate it. I am from Los Angeles, California, I have a degree in medicine (MBBS) and my primary work here is to take care of the refugees and wounded people including the men of the US Army that are wounded in the battlefront, it is a very dangerous job but I like it because it gives me the opportunity to reach out to people who really need help in poor places that can’t afford good medical care and services.
