This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email; Again I am Mike McLenigan, the vice president of Professional Financial Solutions LLC a Public and Financial Consultants specialists. We handle financial consultancy for government, financial institutions and companies. As one of the financial consultants to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Texas, we were informed of some funds belonging to beneficiaries being holed up in escrow accounts with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. These funds are as a result of inheritance/lottery/contract sum owned to beneficiaries all over the world but have not been able to be released to them due to bottlenecks caused by the remitting officers from the foreign country where the transactions originated from. I don’t know if you are aware that all financial transfers in United States Dollars must pass through the Federal Reserve Bank which is the clearing house for all USD transactions; it is due to this reason that your fund has been with the Federal Reserve Bank for a while now. Professional Financial Solutions LLC has been contracted by the Federal Reserve Bank Board of Directors in conjunction with the United States Government to resolve with immediate effect all payments to beneficiaries whose fund are with the Federal Reserve Bank. Your name was on the list of beneficiaries whose lottery winning has been with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas that is why I sent you an email as regards to that. The Federal Reserve Bank’s policies do not permit them to contact beneficiaries directly about funds in their bank that was why Professional Financial Solutions LLC was contracted to serve as a consultant and fiduciary agent between fund beneficiary and the Federal Reserve Banks.

Due to this development, we have been assigned to step into the immediate processing of your fund transfer to enable your funds to be transferred to you within the shortest possible time; To implement this, you are to get back to us immediately stating your readiness to have your long awaited fund released to without needing go through all the rigorous processes that were being demanded from you by the previous handlers at the remitting bank. Your fund value with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is US$10,637,000; you are to understand that you are not the only beneficiaries being paid this way as others have been receiving the fund hence we will not compel you against your wish to do the needful and have your fund released to you. If by the completion of this process you did not follow procedures and have your fund released to you like others, your fund will be returned to the US Treasury with the believe that you have forever forfeited it to the government.

You are to cease any further communication with any of the previous shady elements that may have been communicating with you in the past attempting to frustrate you from claiming your funds. My wide experience in these matters as they apply to International Transfer Policies in this part of the world will enable me ensure that your outstanding fund payment is resolved with immediate effect. Attached with this email is a scanned copy of my company identification and international passport, this is for your perusal and for you to know whom you will be dealing with. Thanks for your anticipated response.

Yours Sincerely,

Mike McLenigan

How are you doing? I hope you had a splendid weekend and staying safe amid this covid-19 pandemic. I have not heard from you since after my previous email regarding your fund with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Please kindly get back to me and let me know if you are proceeding to have your fund with Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas released to you. This is because the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas expects the Professional Financial Solutions LLC to send in reports on this fund payment so as to know beneficiaries who want to follow procedures and receive their fund like others and those who wish to forfeit their fund to the U.S government. Your decision on this transaction will be highly appreciated.

Yours Sincerely,

Mike McLenigan
