In this case, your ATM CARD will be send to your address soon using Diplomatic who will come to your country with your ATM CARD.Due to Unauthorized/incapability of financial Institutions/ in releasing such huge sum of money and due to Fraud, terrorist and money laundry activities going on world wide,The World Bank Group Instituted my office to Using Officially Bank Diplomatic to delivery the ATM to you and it is better than courier delivery Agent to avoid wrongful diversion of the fund as we have gotten concrete evidence from a reliable report in here on the cause of your ATM fund delay since then you sent them the insurance Bond with Delivery fee charge , as it was revealed that was working with some element of courier delivery Agent to divert the fund transfer to wrong Account, and that is why the Finance Ministry is withdrawing the fund back to my office.
